Dr. Zvi Gabbay

has recently served as Head of Enforcement at the Israel Securities Authority (ISA). Prior to his tenure at the ISA, Dr. Gabbay practiced law as a defense attorney with the White-Collar Crime group at the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP. Dr. Gabbay started his legal career as a prosecutor with the Tel-Aviv District Attorney Office (Criminal Division). Dr. Gabbay obtained his doctoral degree (JSD) at Columbia University School of Law, where he focused his research and writing on alternatives to the criminal justice system.

Nina (Nicki) Locker

is a securities litigation partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Nicki has been lead counsel for companies and their officers and directors in more than 70 shareholder class actions and derivative suits throughout the United States. Nicki also has conducted internal investigations for boards of directors and audit committees and defended corporations and executives in SEC enforcement matters involving allegations of accounting fraud, reporting failures, and insider trading.

Nicki received her undergraduate degree from Yale University. After graduating from Stanford Law School in 1984, Nicki clerked for the Honorable Anthony Kennedy of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Steven Guggenheim

is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Steve has over 22 years experience as an advocate in shareholder class actions, merger litigation and commercial litigation. He has successfully represented clients through trial and appeal, in mediation and arbitration and has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the country. Steve is also a well-known expert on directors' and officers' liability insurance and has counseled hundreds of companies on their D&O coverage.

Steve joined Wilson Sonsini in 1998 after practicing for over a decade in New York. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Harvard Law School.

Michael Winograd

is Of Counsel in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Mike's practice includes representing domestic and foreign corporations and individuals in a broad range of corporate, securities, and other complex civil litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory investigations and proceedings. Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Mike was a litigation associate at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz and, before that, Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mike has been an adjunct professor of law at the Fordham University School of Law since 2003, where he teaches Legal Writing and Research for LL.M.s. Before becoming a lawyer, Mike was a professional soccer player in Kfar Saba, Israel and a soccer coach at the University of Richmond.
